Finance Officer6 month Labour Hire contractBaseline Security Clearance requiredFlexible working arrangements will be considered and supportedDutiesOur Federal Government client is seeking a Finance Officer to join their Aged Care Transformation and Quality Branch.Supporting Directors to manage internal BAU and Project Budgets, including providing status reports to executiveSupporting End of Month Financial Reporting activities, preparing monthly and ad-hoc reporting for directors and executive teamThe following reporting will be required throughout the duration of the engagement:Weekly timesheet completionWeekly status reportsAd hoc reporting (as requested)Skills and Experience5+ years' experience in Federal Government Financial area, expertise in financial reporting, month end cycles, budget management and accrualsImprovement focus, results oriented, seeks to add value through improving processes and systemsThis opportunity is within the Australian Public Service.
