About the Role We are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our team at 0.6 FTE. The Finance Officer is responsible for contributing to the success of RSL Care SA through the undertaking of day-to-day accounts receivable and other month end support functions.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Accounts receivable & debtor managementResident billing and maintenanceDaily bank reconciliation, including banking & receiptingPetty cash and resident trust account administration To be successful in your application, you will need to possess: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong attention to details and data entry skillsSound knowledge of accounts procedures and GST requirementsAbility to analyse problems and make supporting recommendationsTeam spirit with strong interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational skillsAdvanced computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and use of accounting systemsPrior experience in a similar role and industry All RSL Care SA employees must be entitled to work in Australia, obtain a NDIS Worker Clearance, be vaccinated for influenza and be up to date with booster vaccinations for COVID-19.
