Finance Officer Creditors/Debtors (Accounts Payable Officer) TEMPORARY FULL TIME (Parental Leave Backfill) $67,748.17 - $71,456.53 Gross per annum + Superannuation Our Values| Respect| Integrity| Teamwork| Service Excellence|Innovation About the Opportunity A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a high performing dynamic person to join the Finance Team of the Glenelg Shire Council. The role involves processing of Creditor invoices, answering Creditor and Purchase order related queries, Reconciliations and performing other Accounts Payable duties. The officer will work closely alongside the Finance Co-Ordinator and other Finance Officers in the team. For further information on the position please refer to the Position Description . What you need to Thrive The successful applicant will possess a methodical, systems approach to work with attention to detail, sound problem solving skills and computing skills, and have the ability to work with officers across the organisation to deliver payments to suppliers on a timely basis. The successful applicant will also have the ability to remain discreet, pleasant and courteous at all times when dealing with customers regarding confidential and sensitive issues.
