Overview of role: The role will perform accounting and reporting functions ensuring efficient and effective compiling of financial information for monthly reports, forecasting and continuous disclosure.
The Finance Officer/Assistant Accountant will assist the Senior Accountant in providing financial support to the business units and their managers.
The role will include fixed asset accounting, cost accounting and monthly accounting/reporting.
The role also includes assistance with cash management, budgeting, and tax.
The ideal applicant would be based in Newcastle although Sydney or Dubbo may be considered for the right person.
