As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process efficiently and accurately. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance to contribute to our organisation's success.Duties & Responsibilities Include:Process accounts payable transactions promptly and accurately.Verify invoices, statements and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve and discrepancies.Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain positive supplier relationshipsControl and monitoring of petty cash, including payments, refunds, and reconciliation of funds.Skills and experience requiredProficient IT SkillsDemonstrated Experience in Accounts PayableDemonstrated experience in Office AdministrationBenefits on OfferAt the City of Port Lincoln, we deeply value our team members and recognise the pivotal role they play in driving our organisation's success and growth.
