Finance Officer - Accounts Payable for an In-Store Shopping Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time) Job Description
• Processing of accounting transactions
• Supplier reconciliations
• Supplier Statement reconciliation and managing any related issues
• Supplier payments and managing AP relationship with suppliers
• Processing of accounting transactions related to suppliers and other purchasing transactions
• Processing of supplier transactions, management of supplier account reconciliations and payment activities
• Setup of payments in the relevant bank system
• Bank reconciliations for Australian and international accounts
• Processing of month end journals for all AP related transactions
Skill Set
• Experience in financial transactions processing
• Ability to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other company members
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• Ability and desire to continuously learn new skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to champion ideas and achieve consensus within a team
