About the opportunity Reporting to the Head of Finance, Enterprise Services (Technology), you will help to maintain and enhance the Activity Based Costing (ABC) model for the Enterprise Services Business Unit. This model houses the costs for Australia Post's technology support teams.
You will also have primary responsibility for the maintenance and running of the outputs communicated to Australia Post management. You possess extensive Activity Based Costing (ABC) experience, exposure to technology businesses, and show a high degree of analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with all levels within the organization.
What you'll deliver with us Maintenance and running of Technology Cost Transparency (TCT) model and liaising with Enterprise Services and Finance teamMaintenance and publishing of quarterly results from the TCT via Tableau DashboardsBeing a subject matter expert for the Technology change champion community (i.e. TCT super-users)Providing input into the strategic direction for the TCT in collaboration with business stakeholders About you Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, mathematics, or statistics are a distinct advantageDemonstrated and significant experience in the management of a costing application with Technology within a large complex organisationHigh level of technical skills, including Tableau and GCP would be preferredCompetency in financial modelling, data analysis skills and comfortable working with new tools and databasesStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsExcellent written and communication skills demonstrating the ability to develop and document procedures, as well as providing on-point reporting to relevant stakeholders How we'll deliver for you Join one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we're all ages and genders and come from all walks of lifeWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Safety every day.
