ABOUT THE ROLE Work closely with the Head of Finance to align on achievable system and process improvements before leading your team to deliver consistent shared service function.

DUTIES Manage accounts payable and receivable for a group of business entities.Manage a team of 7 finance operations staff.Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.Provide support to internal stakeholders on operational matters.Identify ways to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.Lead or assist with ad hoc projects as required.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong leader with ability to lead by example.Proven leader of shared service or transactional accounting functions.Excellent communication, business partnering, and analytical skills.Ability to prioritise key deliverables in a complex environment.High degree of accountability.Minimum 5 years leadership experience.If this sounds like the role for you please apply through the link or contact Connor Weetman at ******.
