The Opportunity
We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a motivated Finance Manager to support the Program Delivery Lead in transforming the Governance, Risk and Compliance capability within Woolworths Finance.
You will be responsible for identifying and supporting the implementation of frameworks/processes and tools (e.g SAP GRC) that will enhance the quality of our data, efficiency of our processes, leading to better business outcomes.
The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focussed in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.
What you'll do:
Financial Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive system of financial controls to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
Role-Based Access Management: Define and maintain role-based access controls for all financial applications and systems, ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access to perform their job duties.
Continuous Controls Monitoring: Implement and maintain a program for continuously monitoring the effectiveness of financial controls and identifying areas for improvement.
Access Controls: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of access controls, including user provisioning, password management, and multi-factor authentication.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to financial controls and data security.
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on financial controls activities for senior management.
What you'll bring:
We are looking for a self-motivated Finance Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience across a variety of Finance roles including:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive system of financial controls (e.g.
SAP GRC) Conducting risk assessments Testing the effectiveness of financial controls Monitoring financial controls and making recommendations for improvement Experience with Role-Based Access Management (RBAC) Defining and maintaining role-based access controls for financial applications and systems Implementing and maintaining access controls for financial systems and data Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
