Due to a recent business restructure and major project wins, they now have an immediate need for an experienced Finance Director/Manager to join their team.What do you:Prepare and update project feasibilities and able to build and test models in excel to ensure Senior management have the information necessary to make timely and accurate project decisions.Prepare and review forecasts against approved budgets at both project and divisional levels for Senior Managers to make informed timely decisions.Prepare, maintain, and analyse monthly WIP (stage cost) variance reports.Manage and provide financial input to project board reporting including analysis and commentary on variances impacting project objectives and key performance indicators.Ensure business processes / systems are established or implemented to enable Development Teams and Management to effectively manage projects and company objectives.Contribute to strategic initiatives and processes to ensure delivery of development and group objectives.Support compliance and best practice across the business and continually review existing policy, process, and procedures in a drive towards best practice financial managementWhat's in it for you:You will be joining a business with tremendous upside, the diversity in their portfolio has enabled them to continue growing despite recent conditions.
