Reporting directly into the Head Of Finance, the duties for the part-time Finance Manager are: Manage the entirety of the month-end process, supporting the wider transactional team with closing down the accounts, including overseeing payrollManage a team of up to four, supporting with their day-to-day tasks and holding monthly reviews/KPI targetsWork closely with the Head Of Finance to identify any process improvement proceduresAnalyze the figures and deliver a review on this to the Head Of Finance, updating the budgeting and forecast, whilst taking the daily cash flow into considerationResponsible for both doing and presenting the monthly management packsResponsible for liaising with the external auditors, ensuring everything is preppedAd hoc duties as requiredThe key attributes to be considered for the role are: Proven experience in a similar roleExperience with managing staffProficient in ExcelExperience working on an ERP systemFull working rightsWhat is on offer: Competitive salary + SuperClose to public transport linksFlexible on how the hours are split across the week for part-timeSeniority levelMid-Senior level
