Finance Manager - Manufacturing

A recent merger has springboarded them to one of the largest privately owned businesses in their field, worldwide.
As a result of this merger, they are implementing a new ERP system and with the existing FM becoming Project Lead, we require an astute and experienced Accountant/FM to steer the ship in her absence.
Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of 5, key aspects of the role include:
Financial reporting for several entitiesProvide financial analysis (including job costing analysis)Supervising a team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reconciliations, month end processes, BAS, cash flow forecasts, tax concession claims, asset register maintenance, AP, AR and Payroll.Preparing operational budgets and reporting on actual vs budgetMaintain system integrity, ensuring the GL and stock codes are accurate and appropriateOur ideal applicant will have extensive experience within a project/construction/manufacturing environment, where job costing is a critical aspect of the role.
Consideration will be given to an experienced accountant with related industry exposure.
Minimum degree qualified with CA/CPA preferred.
You should be a reliable, hands-on, team player who can roll the sleeves up and get stuck in.
