About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our established team.
Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, supporting decision-making, and driving key financial processes.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to influence critical business outcomes and lead finance transformation initiatives.
You'll be based across our four operational sites located in Ingleburn, Villawood, Blacktown, and Brookvale, providing flexibility and exposure to both operational and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Development Manage, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve key deliverables and foster growth.Help develop and drive different business strategies as part of the business leadership team.Business partnering Decision support, in line with strategic direction for the business, across retail, sales, logistics, and manufacturing.Lead improvements to business processes and reporting efficiencies.Monthly Reporting and Oversight: Oversee month-end reviews, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity.Monitor financial controls to ensure sound corporate governance, particularly in overseas jurisdictions.Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of financial data in SAP.What you bring to the role: CA or CPA qualified.7 years plus of relevant leadership experience.Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge (preferred).Design led international business experience (preferred).Collaborative and solutions-focused behavioral style.Thinks creatively, manages risks, and takes an analytical approach.What we offer: We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
