In this newly created role, you'll work closely with business leaders, supporting the financial development of investment initiatives while co-piloting key projects to highlight investment benefits and ensure approval and governance frameworks are adhered to. You will provide financial leadership for the launch of the Moorebank DC Program, the group's largest single investment to date. Additionally you will lead a small team fostering a collaborative high performing culture.What you'll doPartner effectively with the Primary Connect Senior Leadership Team to achieve financial and strategic objectives. You'll collaborate to identify and solve problems, provide strategic insights, and influence decision-making with an end-to-end perspective.Drive strong relationships within Primary Connect and across Woolworths Group ensuring ownership and contribution.Promote a Benefits Realisation culture by tracking performance against promised benefits and driving accountability.Manage multiple in-flight projects, ensuring structured oversight, clear milestones, effective cadence and promote risk management and financial transparency throughout project lifecycles.Develop and oversee robust financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.Monitor and report on project progress throughout their lifecycle, proactively identifying gaps and improving performance reporting.Prepare and present financial models, business cases, and commercial proposals for senior leaders.Support the articulation of investment objectives and their alignment with strategic priorities.What you'll bringIn Finance we have five key capabilities that shape who we are, what we do and how we work together: value co-creator, inspiring leader, trusted advisor, agile learner and insights generator.
