We are looking for an experienced Finance and Office Administration Manager to run our financial operations, office and HR administration, as well as key business assets, ensuring the smooth running of our growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with Australian accounting standards.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance (GST, IAS, BAS, PAYG).Manage payroll, including processing, compliance, and employee queries.Collaborate with external accountants for year-end financial reviews and tax filings.Maintain and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Ensure all financial records are up-to-date using Xero.Asset and Insurance ManagementManage company insurances, ensuring all policies are current and provide adequate coverage.Oversee vehicle leases, including renewals, maintenance schedules, and compliance.Maintain a record of key business assets and ensure their effective utilisation and management.Office Management & AdministrationOversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well-maintained work environment.Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors.Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, records, and compliance with workplace policies.Support the COO with administrative tasks and handle ad hoc projects as needed.Provide financial insights and guidance to the COO and senior leadership team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets and improve financial performance.Foster a positive and professional office environment to support business operations.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the technology or professional services sector.Strong knowledge of Australian tax, compliance, and accounting standards.Experience working with Xero.Proven experience managing insurances and vehicle leases.Demonstrated expertise in office management or general administration.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work full-time, on-site, in our North Perth office.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.The opportunity to play a key role in a growing technology company.The chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting local government clients across Australia and New Zealand.If you're a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in finance, asset management, and office administration, we'd love to hear from you.
