We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team to deliver insightful and strategic financial information to support our organisational goals.This is a full-time, permanent position supporting the Executive Manager, Corporate Services (EMCS).As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:Strategic Planning & Leadership: Participate in strategic decision-making and provide financial insight to senior management.Financial Management & Reporting: Manage the general ledger, oversee payroll and accounts payable, prepare annual budgets, and conduct month-end closures. Provide regular financial analysis and increase use of automated reporting tools.Corporate Governance: Develop financial policies, maintain compliance, and deputize for the EMCS as necessary.Quality & Risk Management: Serve as the main contact for external audits and promote efficiency in finance processes.Operational Effectiveness: Provide support to internal stakeholders on financial matters and assist EMCS with broader commercial matters.Stakeholder Management: Manage day-to-day banking arrangements and regular ATO lodgments.People & Culture: Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and values.
