We service a broad range of clients across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning with a core focus of delivering installation and maintenance services, whilst providing 24/7 emergency support to companies and organizations across various industries, including retail, industrial, mining, oil, gas and marine.
Due to continuous growth within Frigtech, our management team is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee our entire administrative function.
Reporting to the company external CFO and the Managing Director, this role will place a specific emphasis on the ownership of group administrative activities, completion of end-of-month reports, cashflow management, and assisting in the preparation and review of annual accounts.
This position would be best suited to an individual who has completed an Accounting Degree and is pursuing an opportunity to work within a well-established, rapidly expanding organization with a great opportunity for personal and career growth.
Job Requirements: The responsibilities of the role include: Provide support with the preparation of month-end and year-end processes.Support budget preparation, monthly forecasts, and financial statements.Oversee the group bank facilities including bank reconciliation, daily cashflow, transfers, payments, etc.Manage the group accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.Oversee the group payroll and HR requirements.Work closely with division managers to ensure a fully integrated team approach.Provide reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management.Participate in procedure documentation and maintenance.Engage in ad hoc projects as required.Skills and Experience: Degree Qualified, Bachelor of Commerce or similar.Understanding of bookkeeping, general accounting principles, and standards.Excellent attention to detail.Experience in a commercial accounting environment, with exposure to job costing, inventory, and WIP management software systems critical.Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.A confident, vibrant, friendly, strong, and positive attitude.The position will be based in the Perth Office WA.
