About CompanyOur client is a highly successful business within the industry that they specialize in. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their regional business based in Tamworth.

About the role
A Finance Manager is required to lead the finance function, ensuring the execution of strategyand planning.
Partner with the management team and key personnel to assist in the monitoring and management of financial performance (Profitability, Working Capital, Capex, ROI, etc.)Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial systems, procedures and internal controlsPreparation of timely and insightful monthly financial and management reporting packages and commentaryBalance sheet reconciliations to facilitate accurate and timely financial reportingOversee Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.Cashflow forecastingStatutory compliance requirementsEnsuring accurate and timely updating of product costsProvide financial and analytical support to the Group CFO and Leadership TeamAssist in the continuous improvement of business systems and processes.Coordinate preparation of budgets and revised forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement)Inventory forecasting / reportingDepreciation Schedules for fixed assets and rental fleetFX payments / forecasting / hedgingBank reconciliations and account managementLiaise with Monitor's external accountant and advisors as and when requiredThe successful candidate will be CA/ CPA qualified and have experience as a Finance Manager in a manufacturing, product-based business. You will be a strong leader and have the ability to influence outcomes.
