The Finance Manager at Haileybury is a leader within the Finance Department responsible for overseeing a component of the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department. This role is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, financial sustainability and effective management of the School's financial processes.The incumbent will bring an empowering and collaborative leadership approach and continue to build on a professional and productive team-based culture, whilst driving operational excellence to support the key strategic objectives of the organisation.Meeting timelines in financial management is fundamental to compliance, decision-making, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. It ensures that the organization operates effectively, meets regulatory requirements, and achieves its financial objectives.This is a Permanent, Full Time position located at our Keysborough campus.
