Job Description Acting as the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance functions across Australia, Thailand and the USA. Specific responsibilities include:
Direct and coordinate the activities of the Administration and Finance, Management Control and Information Technology departments through the coordination of an international team (AU, THAI and USA)Guarantee the processes, procedures and activities in the administrative, accounting & financial statements in compliance with the accounting principles adopted and the policies defined at corporate levelOversee the consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated reports across all business units.Ensuring adherence to guidelines for planning, management control and reporting activities at company and group levelBe a Business Partner by actively collaborating with the General Management and the Group Management team to achieve business, strategic and profit objectivesBe the focal point for external consultant, auditors and advisors.Oversee corporate finance through treasury management and financial investmentsPlanning and managing the financial area of the company by drawing up cash flows and managing relations with credit institutionsGuarantee support in extraordinary finance operations by working closely with the management team (local and international)Ensure the correct application of processes, procedures and activities on the foreign subsidiaries of the group, creating uniformity in terms of data and informationGuarantee the verification and optimisation of the performance of information systems at company level, ensuring the continuity of IT processesEnsure proper supervision in legal, fiscal, civil and corporate matters The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will possess:
A solid track record with at least three years in a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager role.Experience in multinational corporate environments, preferably within manufacturing or inventory-focused sectors.Strong capabilities in business partnering and understanding IT dynamics.Demonstrated leadership, team building, and intercultural communication skills.A readiness to travel and a proactive, hands-on approach to financial management.
