The Opportunity Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the financial operations of Revo Fitness.
This position is not just about managing numbers; it's about leading a dedicated team to drive financial reporting and compliance.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the accounts payable, payroll, and accounting teams.
Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring that each team member is motivated, supported, and empowered to excel in their roles.
The role is full-time (38 hours per week).
There may be occasional travel between Revo Fitness sites, both regionally and interstate.
Key Responsibilities Managing the day to day operations and people leadership of the Finance team.
Collaborating with the Financial Controller on key management reporting and analysis.
Leading the statutory reporting and audit process (full year and half year).
Supporting the CFO with cashflow and earnings forecasts.
Working closely with the Financial Controller on Monthly Management Reports and budgets.
Month end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee tax compliance.
Oversee payroll compliance.
Oversee supplier payments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CA qualification is essential.
Significant experience in leading finance and payroll teams, preferably within the fitness or retail industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of cost accounting, reporting, financial risk analysis, budget management and forecasting.
