Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Finance Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reporting for the account.
Based in Parramatta CBD and reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will provide high quality services to internal and external clients and ensure streamlined accounting procedures to improve efficiencies.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the financial management and reporting of the asset including income and expenditure, capital works and financial analysis.Working together with the General Manager and Building Services Manager, coordinate and manage the preparation of operational and capital expenditure budgets, forecasting and any other financial requirements as directed by the client.Prepare Retail outgoings budgets and outgoings reconciliations.Attend to all internal and external auditor queries for the trust account and retail outgoings audits.Assist all Tenant and Client queries and issues in relation to finance and property management related issues.QualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:
Proven experience in Property Finance and Property Management.CPA Qualification.Ability to prepare, interpret and analyse financial reports and deal with financial related queries.Experience in property and lease administration, including an understanding of common retail practices, legislation, procedures and terminology.Strong understanding of property accounting principles, including budgets, forecasts, analysis of financial information, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
