About the Opportunity

We are on the hunt for an experienced and highly capable Finance Manager to join our team, in a full-time capacity.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this pivotal role is responsible for managing the company's financial, accounting and administrative systems for internal and external reporting.
Your role will be strategically focused, with further growth planned for 2025.
The ability to provide accurate, detailed and timely analysis to support business decision making is essential.

Task and Responsibilities

Redesign processes and implement improvements
consolidation and translation of monthly results
Month end close processes
Oversee Balance sheet reconciliations
Hyperion Corporate financial reporting
Manage the Audit processes
People management and team development (3 direct reports, on shore and offshore)


Key Requirements

Ability to prioritise and mange time effectively
2-4 years commercial experience in a finance department
Qualified CPA or CA
Experience with Tax/financial accounting highly desirable
Outgoing, proactive manner, with good relationship building skills
Exceptional communication skills



This is quite a diverse role allowing exposure to all parts of finance.
It will be challenging but fully supported and with plenty of room for further growth and development.
