As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting key business decisions, and partnering with senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting, tax compliance, BAS, and financial reporting functions.Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage ongoing financial operations, including tax and regulatory compliance.Review and analyse monthly financial information for unit pricing and investor reporting.Act as the primary finance contact for Fund Managers and external investors, addressing finance-related inquiries.Prepare statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.About You:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CA/CPA qualification is required.Extensive experience within the property, logistics, or fund management sectors.Strong technical accounting knowledge, including experience with financial reporting standards and tax regulations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently.Apply Now!
