Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop business cases to support key financial and operational decisions, providing clear insights that align with broader business goals.Take ownership of finance tasks, from detailed analytical work to higher-level financial strategy.Collaborate with a team of analysts, refining their data to tell the "big story" and supporting them with commercial context.Work independently, supporting the team's objectives by delivering reliable, strategic financial insights behind the scenes.Adjust focus effectively, knowing when to dive into the details and when to step back for a wider perspective.
