The Opportunity As a Finance Manager at Dexus, you'll have a direct impact on the operation of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering financial and accounting services for the Dexus Healthcare Property Fund. This will require strong business partnering as a key point of contact with the Asset and Fund teams. The Finance Manager will deliver timely and accurate statutory, tax and management reporting including actuals, forecasts and budgets that provide insights to the business that enhance decision making and commercial success.

You will make an impact by:
Contributing to accounting practices across the Dexus portfolio by reporting on results internally and externally on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Delivering timely and accurate annual statutory financial statements. Acting as the key finance point of contact for the Healthcare Fund and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of value-add and commercially focused customer service to key stakeholders. Effectively liaising with the technical teams to understand accounting papers in relation to transactions. About You This is an exciting opportunity for a Big 4 first mover as they look to transition their strong finance knowledge into a commercial role. Ideally, you will bring a minimum of 6 years' experience with exposure to management and statutory reporting; and prior exposure to funds management and property industry will be highly advantageous. You'll bring an agile, continuous improvement mindset and an ability to remain highly flexible in a changing and demanding environment. You'll manage your time effectively and showcase the ability to organise and prioritise tasks and stakeholders to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
