The role The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Finance team.
This role will be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the finance function for the Endotherapeutics group.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will be mainly responsible for:
Oversee and lead financial activities, including month end, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Month end reporting and analysisSupport operational activities including, Supply Chain/ Inventory Management, Customer Support and Technical Service where needed.Assist the CFO to review and implement appropriate risk management strategy.Assist the CFO to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and guidance.Lead and mentor the finance team (Accountant/AR/AP), including hiring, training, and performance management.Ensure Endotherapeutics' compliance obligations are met i.e.
financials, tax, BAS, FBT, etc.Cashflow ForecastingFX reportingAssist with the company audit.Oversee and lead the management of the budgeting process in partnership with the CFO.Assist with M&A activities as requiredDrive process improvement initiatives to support business growth.Provide meaningful insights to the business when requiredAbout you Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting in a senior or managerial capacityAbility to lead and mentor the finance team members for high performanceExperience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferredStrong financial analysis skills, with the ability to develop and analyse complex financial models.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as experience with audits and financial reportingAgile, flexible and innovative thinkerExcellent attention to detailAmbitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and engaging personalityThrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience in SAP or similar ERP systemResilient, with a customer centric focusOutstanding ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful insight to stakeholders in a timely manner.If this sounds like you, click apply now!
