FINANCE MANAGER
ROYAL LIFE SAVING NSW.ACT.TAS
Your new role:
Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the financial compliance, cash flow, funds and tax management, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and other administrative aspects of the Company's operations and supporting the administrative, accounting and financial planning of the Company.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who has experience in month-end processes and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for multiple operational hubs.

The Finance Manager responsibilities are to:
Manage intercompany transactions, including cross-charges, reconciliations and analysis.Provide substantial knowledge to executive management of financial controls, auditing, tax compliance, and reporting relevant to the not-for-profit sector.Exhibit exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll.Handle FBT, BAS and GST statement preparation.Oversee the accounts' receivable function, including collections, credit, rebates and reporting.Support the Accounts Payable function as needed.Manage costing and inventory processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist in the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial results and statements.Coordinate year-end deliverables with the external auditor.Train and develop finance support team.Develop the annual budget with Management and provide analysis of spend versus targets.Provide support in cost management and sales forecasting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and enhance efficiency.Be proficient in XERO or similar accounting software.We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:
Achieved a Degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA or CA qualified.5+ years in financial accounting, with experience in costing and inventory management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft platforms.Is excellent in finding innovative solutions and strategic decision making.Is able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment.Is accustomed to delivering exceptional results.A strong desire to help the organisation reach its strategic growth goals.Be proficient in XERO or similar accounting software.Sound written and verbal communications skills with leadership team.Is able to work under pressure and introduce change.What is being offered:
An attractive salary ($110-120k) + superannuation is on offer for a team member with the above attributes.
