You will manage interdependencies and balancing competing demands to ensure function and business objectives are achieved.Key Accountabilities:Provide high level strategic support and advice on the financial management and performance of a complex Digital program delivered through Agile methodology.Provide expert, reliable and trusted financial and project accounting advice to senior executives to support informed decision making.Establish and maintain effective financial management controls, policies and procedures across the business.Lead the preparation of management reporting and analysis of organisation's financial performance.Expert in Financial systems to manage a complex project – includes TM1, Altus and SAP.Partner with program directors to identify and provide advice on risks, gap analysis and issues.Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision making and scenario analysis – includes multi-year forecasting.Partner with internal and external stakeholders.Manage internal and external audit engagements and undertake reviews of accounting policies, practices and processes to ensure compliance, improve efficiency and effectiveness for the business and implement audit recommendations.To be successful you should be able to:Demonstrate your experience and advanced financial and project accounting ability within the Digital sector or similar.You will need to communicate your results to numerous senior executive level stakeholders internally and externally.You will be constantly utilising your strong technical ability and business partnering capability and you should thrive on assisting with process improvement across the Department.Naturally, you will be qualified as a CA or CPA.This is a unique opportunity to use your experience in a senior finance role in a large division of the Department to advise and support senior level executives.
