The company's headquarters is situated in Hawthorn.Job DescriptionReporting to the Finance Director, you will be leading a team of three people and responsible for:Oversee the financial operations of the company.Analyse financial performance and forecast longer-term horizons.Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Implement financial management mechanisms to minimise financial risk.Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out properly.Stay up to date with changes in legislation and regulatory guidelines in the Life Science industry.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Manager should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA)Proven experience as a Finance ManagerStrong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.Excellent communication and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
