This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30-5PM. You will be responsible for lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting, and budgets.You will take responsibility for managing the financial and administration processes for Phoenix and Altone Park Shopping Centres to the very highest professional standards to maximize the net return to the Owner.You will be responsible for:End-to-end management of the centre's finance operationsLease administration, including lease setupManaging the monthly rent rollOversight of Accounts PayableMonthly income and expenditure accrualsFinancial analysis and reportingArrears managementManaging the financial and administration for two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailersInterested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:Key Skills:Financial insight and analysisSuperior communication and client servicing skillsPassion for quality - has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of servicesSelf-motivated, confident, and energeticAbility to effectively deal with stressful situations and conflicting demandsFlexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situationsGoal-oriented - able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets and can also work autonomouslyImpeccable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and multitaskEmployee Specification:Minimum 5 years' experience in financial property management is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.Degree in Financial Management/Accounting highly desirableCPA qualification is highly desirableExcellent computer skills in all Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, lookups, and multi-dimensional formulasKnowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.Customer service experience is also highly desirableWhat you can expect from us:As an organisation, we embrace diversity and support the needs that it brings.
