The Finance Manager will report into the Directors of the business.
As a Finance Manager, you will control the day-to-day functions within accounts with 5 members of staff reporting directly into you.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with other departments to optimise financial processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.Overview of the roleFinance ManagerSalary – DOEHolidays: 30 days.

Buy additional 5Company PensionOn-site parkingLocation – PerthResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactions for a group of companiesManage the accounts team of 5 peoplePrepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecasts for the group company directorsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsAll accounts payable and receivable are reconciled by your teamEnsure timely bank payments are made by your teamManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company's financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryDevelop, implement and comply with financial policies and regulations.Essential skillsRelevant qualifications within the finance sector or accountingSignificant work experience as an Accountant/Finance ManagerExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software including SageAdvanced MS Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsRecognised accounting qualificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMust have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK - Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
