Job Description:Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, as the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing a team of four, implementing financial strategies, and providing sound financial advice to the GFC. Your expertise and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controlsPrepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior managementManage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerEnsure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statementsMonitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise financial resourcesStay up-to-date with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practicesRequirements:Chartered Accounting or Chartered Practising Accounting qualificationProven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in financial software and MS ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team management abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
