The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance function of the Communities business unit and provide support to other accountants within the finance team.Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the Finance team.Delivery and review of month-end results, forecasting/budgeting for the Communities Business together with business partnering with the Development Team to provide business insights.Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the entities within the Communities group.Prepare and coordinate JV Distributions.Assist with monthly reporting to DHA and the Board, respond to auditor concerns about the Communities' business during the year-end audit, and support the Financial Accountant.Assist the Group Accounting Lead, Head of Finance, and other accountants on the finance team.Additional ad hoc responsibilities as needed.Why join us?More than a place to work, Rawson Group is a place to grow.
