As Finance Manager, you will oversee financial and management reporting, and analysis to support key organizational decision-making.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the financial health of Explorers Early Learning and Buildcare, ensuring accurate financial operations, and identifying risks and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cost management.Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Manage cash flow and ensure the company's financial stability.Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.Assist in the preparation of business plans and forecasts.Monitor and manage financial risks, including investments, liabilities, and opportunities.Your Ideal Qualities: Degree or tertiary qualification - industry related5+ years management and financial accounting experienceExperience supporting and influencing multiple internal stakeholdersExperience in property industry preferredCA / CPA / CFA accreditation preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.A passion and drive to improve and be a culture championTrack record of achieving KPIsFull working rightsWorking With Children Check (Volunteer/Employee) or willing to obtainBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development opportunities within a family-oriented organization.Positive and collaborative work environment.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Vibrant Culture Club EventsRecognition & RewardsAbout Explorers:
