Finance Manager

Working with our Client based in Central Leeds, I am looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

The Finance team is an integral part of the business, with the Finance Manager being a central function within that team.

What's involved? Annual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plans. Support operational team during monthly revenue recognition process. Ownership of Profit Centre level management reporting, analysis and business partnering. Ensuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented. Periodic preparation, commentary and presentation of a finance report at cost centre level (typically monthly). Project performance review of income, cost to complete, working capital and change control. Ensuring Corporate Governance, control and best practice is understood and communicated effectively to the business. Wider duties may include bid support, financial integration, commercial training and project team working. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Part Qualified or qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Experience of Business Partnering with a finance background. Experience of working within a team. Internal candidates applying for this role need to have worked at an Assistant Finance Manager level and have consistently demonstrated delivery above expectation. Experience of working with Oracle is a nice to have, but not a necessity.
