About the Role AWMA is seeking a Finance Manager with experience in a fast-paced design and manufacturing environment to lead financial operations and support strategic growth. This hands-on role will involve joining the management team to help shape the business direction and provide fiscally responsible inputs for key decisions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll oversee financial processes, manage a high-performing finance team, and contribute insights that will guide AWMA's ongoing success.
