The Role: OurFinance Manager is focused on providing strategic insight and expert advice through reporting and is jointly responsible for the full suite of accounting and reporting functions at Pepperstone. Working in our close-knit Finance team, reporting directly into the Financial Controller in Melbourne, you will make a tangible impact every day by ensuring day-to-day finance tasks are executed quickly and accurately as well as driving finance transformation forward and streamlining finance processes.
To thrive in this role, you'll be a solutions-driven numbers-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both high-level strategic work as well as being hands-on and immersing yourself into details. Your confidence, people skills, and enthusiasm allow you to liaise with different parts of the business as well as external stakeholders and auditors.
