As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the team and support their financial operations.The Role:As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the financial processes of this growing hospitality business. This position offers the unique opportunity to work within a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment while benefiting from the stability and support of a large, global organisation. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, ensuring that the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management and the global parent company, highlighting key performance indicators and operational trends.Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue maximization across multiple dining concepts.Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions to ensure smooth financial operations.Support management with business decision-making by offering financial insights and strategic recommendations.Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Coordinate with auditors and external partners for tax filings, audits, and financial reviews.Continuously improve financial controls, systems, and processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.Lead and mentor a small but dedicated finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.Skills & Experience:CPA/CA qualifiedProven experience as a Senior Accountant within the hospitality or F&B industry.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting principles.High-level analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data in an accessible and strategic manner.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.How to Apply:To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
