What this opportunity involves: We seek an experienced Finance Manager (Part-Time) to oversee management and financial reporting for our client Lendlease at JLL. You will manage quarterly Asset Plans, month-end reports, annual budgets, and forecasts. Your role includes ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements and effective financial management.
An overview of the role:Direct management and financial reporting delivery to property owners.Coordinate quarterly Asset Plans and monthly reports.Implement REP4 reporting with a focus on IRR and cashflow.Produce Tenant Cashflow and Arrears Reports.Develop and maintain accounting controls.Ensure tax and audit compliance.Educate and support the team on financial issues like accrual accounting.Process month-end and deliver reports for each property owner.Execute general journals and conduct GST reviews.Lead Quarterly Forecast Process with the Management Team.Lead Property Budget preparations.Manage Outgoings Estimates & Wash-Up processes.Prepare additional reports for Owner(s) Half Yearly Reporting.Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA highly desirable).At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting in real estate or property management.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Understanding of the MRI/Argus system beneficial.What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
