This is a newly created role, designed to support our growing site with strategic financial and operational support.

The Victoria Clinic is a newly built, state-of-the-art, architecturally designed, purpose-built mental health facility, a 115 patient-bed private facility that specializes in the provision of high-quality inpatient mental health services.
Located right in the heart of Prahran, tied to the local community, the site is going through an exciting time of growth as we expand the number of rooms available for inpatients, expanding our ability to provide greater mental health support to the community.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Operational Financial and People Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, with operations manager reporting into the position.Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and drive revenue growth.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, and manage financial risks effectively.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA or CFA certification preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the healthcare sector.Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
