Be part of a company that values curiosity, innovation and efficiency.Contribute to strategic business growth.Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment.Drive continuous business and process improvements.Support the financial growth of the company in line with our strategic plan.About the role: Lead month-end accounting and end of year reporting.Prepare insightful monthly finance reports.Manage cashflow and treasury functions including FX hedging.Assist with financial budgeting and forecasting.Drive improvements in business performance reporting.Develop product pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales team.Handle tax lodgements for local and overseas business.Oversee accounts payable and receivable.Manage insurance and compliance.About you: You will have 5 years + Financial, commercial or equivalent experience along with ERP systems experience.You will have attained CA or CPA status.You will possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills, be able to interpret financial data clearly and be able to present these results in a clear and informative format.Self motivated, you can prioritise and manage competing demands and deliver against deadlines.You embrace curiosity and seek out the opportunity to deliver process improvements to help drive the company forward.It's rare these days for employees to stay with a company for more than a year or two, unlike the good old days when people became a part of the place they worked.
