Some key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Cost Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying areas for improvement.Reporting and Compliance: Ownership of the complete finance function across the business, including preparation of financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the finance team and selected business initiatives.
