The Finance Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and inspiring a high-performing finance team. In this role you will:
Lead with Impact: build and nurture strong financial partnerships to drive organisational success.Drive Results: analyse financial performance, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to achieve strategic goals.Collaborate for Success: partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and ensure seamless operations.Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.CPA or CA qualification (or near completion).Significant experience as a Senior Accountant or similar within a commercial environment or Big 4 firm.Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.This is a full-time, weekday position, based in Hobart, Tasmania. Ongoing, weekday, on-location availability is essential.
