Finance Manager

Working within the healthcare industry and unrivalled in their provision of first class services within their area of expertise, this privately owned company has plans for continued expansion. Reporting to and working closely with the Directors, you'll undertake a multi-faceted role, managing and reporting on all financial information for the business.

Overseeing and developing the skills of two accounts staff, you'll be hands-on in your approach, responsible for month end tasks, preparing profit and loss and balance sheet reports from Xero, and undertaking bank, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also maintain fixed assets, prepare budgets and cashflow forecasts, and reporting for GST/PAYG/FBT and payroll tax.

Importantly, you'll prepare management reports and provide critical information to the Directors regarding business performance and opportunities for growth. Proactive continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures will also be a highly valued component of your role.

Professionally qualified, you'll offer well developed communication abilities, with competent negotiation skills and a track record of excellent working relationships with others, both internally and externally. Provision of collaborative leadership and contribution to this positive working environment is paramount.
