The Position
This is an ideal role for an experienced Finance Manager with a background in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory-focused environments. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, from budgeting and financial planning to cost management and inventory analysis. As a true business partner, you'll collaborate across departments, providing critical financial insights that will directly impact the company's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory Management : Lead financial controls and cost analysis for warehousing and manufacturing functions, enhancing inventory accuracy, and managing operational costs. Business Partnering : Engage with operations to support data-driven decision-making. Offer insights and recommendations that align with company growth goals and enhance financial performance. Financial Planning & Analysis : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, using financial insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Team Leadership & Development : Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP and financial systems. What You'll Bring A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded. Proven experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments, with expertise in operations accounting and cost control. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably MYOB Advance) and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations to senior management. The Organisation
