With a significant corporate transformation program nearing completion, this business is seeking a Finance Manager to join the executive team.
This role is critical in supporting the General Manager in delivering strategic goals, budgeted financial results, and driving business efficiencies.
The RoleAs the Finance Manager, you will:
Lead the implementation of a new Finance ERP system as the subject matter expert.Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly financial accounts.Manage cashflow, budgeting, and financial reporting.Oversee central administrative functions including accounts payable, receivable, and banking.Participate in the Executive Management Team, contributing to strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with ASIC, ATO, and other regulatory requirements.About YouTo be successful in this position, our ideal candidate:
Is a CPA/CA qualified accountant with at least three years of practical experience, however we are open to considering applicants with demonstrable equivalent experience and expertise in the field.Has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering projects on time.Is a practical thinker, able to get hands dirty with day-to-day activities while contributing to strategic goal-setting.Is systems savvy, with experience in leading ERP implementations.Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to driving operational efficiencies.The EssentialsExperienced accountant with broad industry and systems experience.Strong financial management skills, including cashflow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.Experience in leading ERP implementations is highly regarded.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you're passionate about this opportunity but don't meet every single criterion, we still encourage you to apply.
