THE ROLE As a Finance Manager, you will lead the Accounting and Finance function for Domaine Homes and oversee the Finance Department team. Your expertise will drive accurate financial reporting, effective management of resources, and valuable insights to support senior management in making informed decisions.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to: Preparing monthly financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Support the business with timely budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to optimise profitability.Interpreting accounting transactions and events to support business decisions.Recording, classifying, and summarising accounting transactions in line with company procedures.Completing and delivering monthly reporting packs as required by Senior Management.Reviewing and signing off General Ledger Reconciliations monthly.Maintaining and updating cash flow forecasts to support operational needs.Collaborating with Senior Management on yearly budget preparation.To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CA/CPA qualifications preferred.5+ years' experience in management/financial accounting roles.Proven experience managing teams and engaging with senior management.Advanced finance and accounting skills with strong technical expertise.Excellent leadership, people management, influencing, communication and problem-solving skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Perks of working with CPG Competitive remuneration with annual reviewsCareer advancement opportunities to help you to reach your professional goals.Flexible working arrangementsLearning and development opportunities – online learning platform and site training.Paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.Rewards Days for the outstanding performers – An opportunity to experience something new as part of our Reward and Recognition scheme.Discount on building a home.Access to novate leases.Generous employment referral bonuses scheme.Discounts from our suppliers – household appliances, materials, and furniture.Access to our Employee assistance program.CPG values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
