Finance Manager

Listed leader in transformation and technology is recruiting for a Finance Manager.
This pivotal role involves managing and overseeing financial operations for the Canberra business, working closely with the local executive team.
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in reporting and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including key clients.
Duties include: Half and Full year statutory reportingCompile monthly management accounting group reporting for ACT businessCalculate and monitor AASB15 complianceBudget preparation ACT operations and detailed fortnightly forecastLiaising with operational department with regards to working capital requirementsPreparing and compiling BAS reportingIdentify enhancements for current processes, such as implementing a cloud-based system for lease-based accounting and migrating ERP systems.Month end journal entries for management accountsManage a team of fourSkills
CA/CPA qualifiedA minimum of 8 years' experience in a commercial role with people managementProven experience in complex stakeholder management and competing deadlinesPreference will be given to candidates with experience in working for listed companiesAdvanced Excel for analysis and manipulation of large data setsPlease note that only candidates with full working rights in Australia who are permanent residents or citizens will be consider for this role
