Description As the Finance Manager, you will oversee and lead a team dedicated to managing the company's financial operations and strategies.
This will include:
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders Develop and maintain budgets and financial plans Management of forecasting and cashflow Develop a suite of KPI reporting including performance and productivity reports Partner with department leaders to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level Review processes and make recommendations for improvements and cost optimisation initiatives.
Profile To be successful in the role you will have:
Proven experience as a well-rounded and dynamic Finance Manager, particularly in manufacturing, shutdowns, and projects Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills Strong leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team and effectively influence through and across an organisation.
